Discussion with the Governor of Karbala on Establishing the Programmers Syndicate

I attended and participated in an official meeting and discussion with the Governor of Karbala, Dr. Nassif Jasim Al-Khattabi, focused on the initiative to establish a Programmers Syndicate in Karbala as an important step toward organizing and supporting the local technology sector.
